Here is a brief outline of our five-phase process.

Phase 1—Educate
During this phase we will learn about you, your goals and the personality of your business's past, present, and future. To elevate our conversations to a higher level, we have an introductory client questionnaire; this is a quick and easy way to begin our design process. The education portion of the process will continue throughout the project, but this initial "get-to-know-you" is extremely important to our creative partnership.

Phase 2—Explore
Once we have learned about and understand your business, your industry and your ideal client, the creative exploration begins. We first present you with your creative brief and competitive audit, and then "concept designs" are created. We will also explore the possibilities of paper, color, graphic styles and more!

Phase 3—Essence
Now it is time to narrow down the concepts and chose one to be polished and finalized. "The chosen one" will reflect the true essence of your business and its market positioning. This chosen concept will also help define the style and direction of your other marketing collateral.

Phase 4—Execute
