Educate:
After our first year in business, Eye 2 Eye Graphics went through a re-branding of its own—a good example of how a brand can sometimes need updating to better project a clearer representation of what your business is all about.

For Eye 2 Eye Graphics, the brand identity needed to be updated due to a clearer focus in the company identity and a newly defined target market. The previous identity, while professional, didn’t accurately represent the warm, friendly and creative atmosphere that is a core element to who Eye 2 Eye Graphics is.



This was our previous logo, business card, letterhead and note-card.




Explore:
We decided to keep the logo mark the same, but update the brand identity colors and that allowed for more layout exploration with our stationery and other promotional materials. The previous colors seemed too cold and didn’t express our open, friendly and creative atmosphere, or easily allow for the introduction of other colors, so we tested a variety of color and layout possibilities.



This was one of the layout designs that we explored. We loved the concept, but ultimately felt that it was too bold for Eye 2 Eye Graphics.




Essence:
After gathering feedback from clients, friends, business colleagues and other professional designers, we chose brown and teal as the core identity colors with a main accent of bright green. Additional accent colors were chosen to be used very minimally in promotional materials that needed an extra pop of color. The final design expresses our brand—warm, inviting, creative—more effectively and is more memorable than the original.

Execute:
A full range of print and web material was created in support of the new logo and brand identity, all using basic design elements of color, layout and specific typefaces to present a coherent and recognizable identity. This is especially important for a young business.



This is the new stationery package with business cards (front and back), letterhead cover sheet and secondary sheet, and folding note-card.



Evolve:
As Eye 2 Eye Graphics grows, our needs also increase for additional marketing collateral to support our business and marketing plans. The most recent designs consist of promo cards, a newsletter template, and an article template. By making the Eye 2 Eye Graphics logo and brand identity memorable, we demonstrate for our clients how they too can take giant leaps over their competition with a memorable brand of their own—created by Eye 2 Eye Graphics!
